In 95% of cases, we restore the crystal without having to disassemble it. We additionally seal the watch to prevent moisture from entering. However, in rare cases, disassembly is required to achieve a perfect result.
We have certified watchmakers in Moscow and St. Petersburg who can service any level of watch. We will be able to determine if disassembly is necessary in your particular case by providing you with photographs.
If you have professional tools and materials, you can try to remove minor damage yourself. However, it is worth remembering that this carries the risk of creating new scratches or distortions. To avoid additional problems and loss of time and money, we recommend contacting professionals.
