Answers to questions
It takes 3-4 weeks to train a master. After successful completion of the exams, we issue certificates to the craftsmen confirming that they have learnt their skills. At a minimum, you will need 2 masters to work in the workshop and out in the field. We can also train new employees if you need to increase your staff - the number is unlimited and depends on the capacity of the market in your area.

You will also need a receptionist to record, advise and log each customer in Bitrix24. Administrator training takes approximately 2 weeks to understand and work through customer objections, actively apply sales scripts, use the CRM system with ease and have a general understanding of company processes.

Total training time for staff and workshop from the WhiteBox stage will take 2 months.
